Keep Full Maternity in Maidstone - Campaign Update

Happy New Year!

Thank you all for supporting Keep Full Maternity in Maidstone. I'm just letting everyone know that I will be handing in our Massive Petition against the downgrading of maternity services at Maidstone Hospital to the door of 10 Downing Street at 11.00am on Monday 18th January. I have invited Maidstone Action for Services in Hospital (MASH) to join me. Additionally, I am still pressing for a meeting with the Secretary of State for Health and am hoping to get a confirmed date for the meeting soon.

Only 6 people can actually go to the door of 10 Downing Street. However, people can come and show their support by protesting at the end of Downing Street whilst the petition is handed in. I need to notify the Police of numbers that may wish to do this - if you would like to come along please let me know.
