Working in North and East wards
Ian has a record over many years for both organising and supporting campaigns in East and North Ward and in Maidstone, including recent campaigns against threatened cuts to the CCTV budget, against back garden development/urban cramming, and the threats to our local countryside from development.

Ian organised and managed Maidstone Liberal Democrats campaign to 'Save Maidstone's Hospital services'( Ians behind the camera taking the picture). |
Ian organized and presented a petition in supporting the closure of Boxley Warren, to vehicles to prevent further fly tipping and abuse by off-road motor cyclists. This was granted at a public enquiry and is allow the the area, which is part of the North Downs area of Outstanding Natural Beauty to the North of Maidstone, to be cleaned and reinstated to its previous high quality to allow safe and peaceful use by residents and visitors. |
