David was educated in Maidstone where he lives with his wife and three children. He has represented East Ward in the Borough Council since 2002.
He was Leader of Howard de Walden Youth Group for over 8 years and is now the Centre Manager.
He is also a member of the organising Committee for the Maidstone River Festival, Trustree for Cutbush & Corral (almshouses) and Chairman of Maidstone Sea Cadets (TS)

Martin was elected to the Ward in May 2011.
He is involved at East Borough Primary School where his two children go to school.
