Tony Harwood with flytippingIn response to a request for help from local residents Maidstone Councillor Tony Harwood spent his Sunday evening clearing fly tipping and litter from the alley-way link on the south side of Cross Street, Maidstone - which serves properties in Thornhill Place and Peel Street.

Tony is committed to tackling a similar build-up of rubbish in the alley-way link on the north side of Cross Street next Sunday and has already received offers of help from local residents.
