Lib Dems have launched their 10 promises for this year's local elections
The Lib Dem group have today launched their local manifesto. Key highlights include:
A cast iron guarantee that the Church Street Public conveniences will be re-opened
That the weekend freighter service will be maintained
That Mote Park is safe in Lib Dem hands
