Dutton Forshaw Motor Company Ltd has made two planning applications for the erection of a new headquarters with associated facilities. It is a two storey building set to the East of the Hilton Hotel on the corner by the roundabout. It has a flat roof with perimeter cladding and glazing which at this stage we assume will match the current office blocks.
The application has been called in by Councillor Patrick Sellar, and will go before the Planning Committee and not left to a decision by the officers.
