A four storey office block is the latest in a long line of planning applications
Yet another planning application has now been submitted to Maidstone Borough Council for major development at Newnham Court Farm.
The new "Towergate" proposal is for a large four storey office complex surrounded by a sea of car parking - leaving little room for landscaping to soften its impact on the landscape.
